I am on Concerta36mg for about 30 days and and the only thing that I feel diferent, is that I am more anxious and a little be more depressed than before. I still the same(no focus, no concentration). If I feel anxious with concerta should I talk to the Dr. and swith to other brand or just combine? If the best option is to combine; what is the best choice?

It's pretty common. One of the limitiations of the stimulant based ADD meds is that dosing can be a little hit-or-miss. The Dr. will take a educated guess at what an appropriate dose will be for any particular patient based on experience but frequently peoples sensitivity to a particular medication will vary quite a bit. Fortunately the solution is pretty simple. Tell the Doc and she'll change the doseage to something that will work better for you. Sometimes it may take 2 or 3 tries, and sometimes you may even need to change meds and start over. Yeah, it's a pain, but the alternative is just unacceptable.
