i started adderall today at 5mg. I didnt notice anything so I took another 5 mg 2 hours later. Safe to say I didnt have any of the cardio side effects. Slight increase in heart rate but nothing noticable.
What is bothering me though is the upset stomach. I am extremely gassy and have an increase in my bowel movements. Does anyone know if this will subside after using it for awhile?
On the good side. I had about a 50% increase in my focus. I got so much more work done today. It was great. I just hope the irritable bowel problems subside.

I usually take adderall with food, or a banana or something. Otherwise it can upset my stomach.

Yeah, the digestive side effects are pretty normal. Adderall is a stimulant and it can stimulate just about anything. The side effects usually get better with time.
