Not sure which forum to post this question on, but I'll start here.
Me, 42, ADD and Hyperkineasis since 1971. And, both of my boys (13, 8).

My question is, is how does one determine if it is the ADHD in the parent or in the child that is causing the problems at hand. I know when I am getting frustrated for no apparent reason, but I have difficulty in determining who's ADHD is the problem during times of argument and disagreement.

Have you tried looking at the situation from a non-ADHD perspective (we are more than our ADHD)?

Is medication an issue?

Did you get an A in parenting class? :D
