I have read where some have problems with 300 mg and move back to 150 mg. Has anyone been able to move from 150 to 300 and stay with it. If so how long did it take?

Every time I try to increase I get the worst headache ever...haven't been able to stick w/ it

I HAD been on 300ml. for about two or three years and I handled it just fine,but now I take adderal and it does not do well for me with it.I choose to take my adderal because it benefits me and my condidtion more.

I was on 300 mg of wellbutrin xl for over a year. My doc recently increased it to 450 mg and added a very low dose of lamictal. I have treatment resistant depression, this lamictal stuff is my last hope. Anyway, I don't know if it is the increased dose of wellbutrin or the lamictal, but I have been nauseas and have had headaches constantly. :( I was fine on the 300mg of wellbutrin.
