I really miss the ocean, but I love the mountains and the greenspace where I live now.

Hi,
I was in Whistler Bc for a week (Wow) the place is amazing. Very clean compared to New York City where I live. The mountain biking in Bc area is some of best. Good luck from Jstar in NYC. :)
Hi Jstar,
Nice to hear from you. I have heard that New York is less "tidy" than what we're used to here, but New York is NEW YORK! I know a couple of local kids who had the opportunity to go to school in New York and they loved it.

That sounds lovely :) I actually grew up in Ontario, just north of Toronto.
I just moved to Kelowna 5 years ago. Much more laid back here , really love the weather too of course. ;)
Thank you so much for welcoming me.
