I want to thank Fightingboredom for suggesting Neurolinquistic Programming (NLP) for ADHD.

I would like to know if anyone knows any websites with NLP audio downloads for Adult ADHD. There's a few hypnosis sites with free downloads but I am looking for something to listen to while I am still working. I only have to make through 4 hours a day.
