Eckard Pharmacy no longer carries Barr as their main generic supplier. Instead they carry Eon. The changes may take a while to kick in, because many pharmacies still have Barr tabs in stock that they need to get rid of. However, you can request the Eon's specifically, and they will order them for you. My order got there overnight :)

Is there a genertic for zoloft?

Is there a genertic for zoloft? Not in the USA, but in Canada there is. Check out a place that sells medication imported from Canada like this one (http://www.canadadrugs.com/index.php).

I was told that there is a generic for Zoloft coming soon to the US. I sure would save a lot of money :)

I'm currently taking the Eon Adderall generic. I was taking the Barr generic until my HMO switched over. I noticed little difference between the two brands.

I prefer the Barr because its sweetened. Sweet vs. bitter if the pill resides in my mouth longer than usual.

I wonder if Eon is beating the other generics on price. I notice that the cost according to the HMO is about 35 cents for a 20mg tablet (out of a 100 unit bottle). This was about half what Barr charged.

It's my feeling that only a small minority have problems with Barr Labs Adderall or Dexedrine. Even so, those minority should have options :). There have been no studies supporting a difference in the way certain sub-populations handle Barr vs. other brand products. These associations are purely individual and should not be applied to those who are newly seeking treatment.
