Now that I am older and have found many a fustrating things can't or shouldn't be thrown I have learned to walk away and come back later. So many fewer broken dishes, less book dodging, so much safer to be around me..... Frustration tolerance zippppppp!!!!!!! so_impatient 08-27-05, 04:08 AM speaking.........................of forgetting so_impatient 08-27-05, 04:09 AM stress, ahhh its like i havent felt calm in two months.... especially the past week or two i had like a mental breakdown or something...headaches and stomacheaches and shaking i forgot what calmness is. now i remember. calmness is landscapes. purerealm 08-27-05, 07:09 AM I feel like nothing is going right in my life and school or some of the many things that can go wrong will go wrong. I haven't had a mental breakdown but I feel like I know it is coming. Of course I don't know if it's coming or not, because having a good day isn't out of the question but I have no way of knowing t hat brandilyn 08-28-05, 03:47 AM My stress level tops with my children.I usually let them get away with murder until I reach a breaking point and then everybody better MOVE IT OR LOOSE IT!!!LOL!!!With kids you cant hide.lol..Theyre right there,in your face!!lol!!!They have actually taught me how to deal head on with things that I would usually run away from. Also,I have to do it right. Its a stretch, but well worth the patience lesson. Linguist 08-28-05, 03:09 PM I tend to get stressed when I have too many things I have to do and especially when I have an appointment to attend and have to make preparations for such as filling out a form beforehand. I don't find filling forms difficult, its just that its an extra thing I have to worry about. Even now I've just remembered something that I've been repeatedly forgotten to do. I always feel that stress is mostly caused by other people. I find my life is much more relaxed when I am left alone to do my own thing, and not be constantly organised or corrected by other people. |
