Does anyone here work night shifts? I just got transferred to nights and I dont know when to take my meds! :( I dont want to waste them at work lol, Maybe I will just take them as needed now.
I have a question, does ZoLoft stay in your system all the time, or is it like concerta or adderall and you have to take it every day and it only works for 8 hrs? Any depression meds that are 24/7 working after they get into your systm?

Working night turn is tough. I was a nurses aide, and worked the 11 pm-7 am shift. It is hard on the days you are off, because you are used to being up at night, instead of sleeping, which totally messes with your system..especally when you are ADHD.

Yea, I working 12AM to 8AM daily now. I am going to be sooo tired...
