I've been on 20 mg of xr for about a year and until recently its been working fine. But now I can hardly tell that I'm taking it. I talked to doc about it and he gave me a prescription of 30 mgs of the xr. This is the first time that I've ever had to have my dosage changed and I was a little sad because I hoped that the 20 mgs would have lasted longer. Has anyone noticed any changes from going to 20 to 30 mgs on xr? I'm afraid of going any higher.

I feel kind of the same way. I am trying to take as little as necessary. Right now I take 20 mg XR in the morning and then the occasional 10 mg near the end of the day. So that is 30 total. I'm so scared of dependancy and addiction because of my family history.

Just talk to your doctor about your concerns. My doctor is truly amazing and always makes me feel so much better about everything. Check out my previous posts- There is one about my doc where I'm raving on and on and on. lol.
