Recently I've been especially disorganised. I bought some labels to put all bits of paper that are mine with associated folders. I did stick labels on all my paperwork about 3 weeks ago and was relieved when I finished. My intention was to put stickers onto stuff everytime there were papers everywhere but for some reason the stickers are nowhere to be found and the mess is accumulating again while I try to find them.
I have also been losing lots of valubale items in a chain of almost connected events and this has involved having to contact various organisations in trying to sort this out, and it more or less ruined my week away. I even lost the first library book I ever borrowed from a particular library on a train as well as losing the PIN number for lnternet access at the same library on the same day, which was what triggered off losing all the other important stuff.
I was tempted to go back to Conversation after a 3 month break last Thursday to cheer myself up, but I forgot to take waterproof trousers for muddy work but it didn't matter as I was so last minute that I actually missed the minibus by a few seconds, though I knew I was taking a gamble and wasn't really surprised so to cheer myself up, I decided to treat myself to a much earned day out to a nice little town near where I live. I returned to catch the 1115 train and was disgusted to discover that it now sets off at 1111 which is not mentioned on the timetable for this season. I caught the train an hour later and climbed a hill with an impressive monument up there from which you can see a vast mountain range and the sea. Its one of my favourite places. I got to the top and sat down on a bench to eat my lunch(the monument is rarely open). It instantly started raining about the heaviest it has in months, and my trousers got the most saturated they ever had. When I remembered that the town has a connection with Laurel and Hardy I thought to myself. "Thats another fine mess  ".
I'm sure there are plenty of other stories like this where people seem to be having a bad week/month. I know there are people who have far worse to put up with, but that day was an ADDers nightmare. Still, I remain positive, and it sounds quite funny when you read it back :)
