Hey folks. It's been about 8 months since I last visited. I used to come every day and found the forum incredibly useful. Helped frame some of the issues I was working through and gave me perspective on trying to understand myself and this 'disorder' (anyone else hate that term? I'm not broken just different...)
Then one day I just stopped coming. I think I checked in like 5 months ago, read a post or two then just didn't come back again. Life exploded (always does) I left it there for a couple months but now I'm putting it back together (Is that normal too?[For ADDs, that is])
Anyways... Anybody else just wonder off for a while? Get tired/frustrated/bored and just ignore everything? Even the things that help?
