I started taking Adderall just this part year. I used to be a pretty funny person to my friends, the joker of the group. Now, I feel like i'm always irritable and serious. I can't for the life of me, crack a good joke when I use Adderall and whats more, I don't even smile when my friends are funny. The comedic timing I had is just gone. ...Then again, I am getting significantly better grades than last year. The problem I find is that if I let up on the strength of the Adderall, I am unable to concentrate, and if I keep the strength up, I am totally un happy with my friends.

If you relate to this or just have advice I'd appreciate it.

Is the Adderall making you too anxious? I don't find that stimulants make me less funny or spontanious if I want to be, but milage will vary, of course.
You might want to back off on the dosage to find a happy medium or perhaps try a different drug - like Ritalin?

Well from what I've heard Adderall is just supposed to pass through your system leaving no lasting effects, but I've also heard of people needing to up their dosages every once and a while.

In response to the first, it makes me anxious and irritable as well.
