I have the feeling that some of us here who are helping others look like professionaly trained ADD coaches doing a service to us at no cost. If true, this is laudable. We have to be grateful to them.

I can immediately tell the difference between a ADD "monkey" like me and a knowledgeable sophisticated teacher. The knowledge and experience radiate out of their goodness.

Yah, I think they are just more self aware along with there heart full of goodness. I really wish I could find someone close to me who will be my friend with ADD haha. I had one...but I scared him away LOL

i think the person talking to me is a ADD coach himself. He is trying to discipline me with compassion and strength. He says, if our friendship is to stay alive, i got to do as he says. I seem to be too much of an ADD monkey or primate. '

He is a remarkable man and wants to help me.

There are some people who are born "coaches".
