I believe you should add more to your thread. What information are you hoping to gain from this poll? etc.

At the moment, I'm not on meds. Only because mom and dad don't have me hooked up with a psychiatrist, who can't give me meds yet if I'm not seeing him/her (obviously :rolleyes: ). And they don't want to hook me up with a psychiatrist yet because they want their insurance back.

The good news is, the company we're switching to is open for new members on October 1st! Yay!

I think this is an interesting poll, averity.
May I ask if you're just interested in finding out what meds most teens are on or to see what might be good for you to take?

My theory is that there isn't a "best" med for teens or any other group of people (teen, adult, etc). Each invidivual person reacts differently to different meds, I'm taking Adderall IR for my inattentive ADHD, but I don't think it means that it works best for women in their 20's.

However, I wonder if certain meds work better than others for ADHD versus ADHD-inattentive, because of the different diagnosis.
