PDoc started me on Lamictal. So far so good. Mild nagging headache that is all. Wish me luck

am I the only one that get anxiety when starting a new med :confused: ?

Everytime I start a new med I freak out and think that something bad is gonna happen to me? Doc prescribed Lactimal at night which is a good thing cuz I sleep really really well. But I can fall to sleep before midnight cuz I'm waiting to see what happens? Even tho I know that nothing bad will happen. What can I do to make this stop? I try not to think about it but can't help it!!

Any advice would be great

I completely understand your frustration. I have been up the past couple nights as well stressing about my new meds so your not alone!

These meds make me sleep. Last night was better than most but still.

BTW Wadew i'm a sag too. My b-day is November 27 (year unknown :D )

Sag's are awesome! We are a little crazy but it happens. I just stared lamictal as well to calm down my irritabilty all the time. I dont wanna leave my house anymore due to weight gain from seroquel and trileptal! My appetite was out of control! Lamictal doesnt make me like that thank god but now i have to work on getting this fat off! im miserable!
