Simulant meds should all be fine with Paxil. Not sure about the combo of Paxil and Strattera. It should also be fine, but you'd want to ask a doctor or pharmacist.

For me Paxil and adderall did not mix. The paxil seemed to feed the add/adhd. Good luck hope you find a combination that works for you soon.

What are you on paxil for? I take paxil for my anxiety and adderall for my ADD. I'm newly diagnosed so i've only been on this combo for about a week (on paxil for almost 1 year). I've been doing great and I can definetly see the difference/improvement.

I was on paxil than diagnoised with add and put on adderal. My family doctor thought it best to switch me back to zoloft. Her concern was that paxil might be making the add worse and out of control.

That would explain why I have been worse than usual lately. Ex-doc put me on Paxil the end of July. I am currently reducing the dosage and starting Effexor. Today I was ultra-foggy even with my increased Adderall dosage.

I was told by an ADD specialist that I had to be off Paxil for several weeks before it is safe to take Strattera, however I was told that mixing Paxil with Ritalin or Concerta is safe...

Hi, when I was going off paxil I didn't feel normal in my head for about two weeks. It was weird because I was taking zoloft and the switch was suppose to be minor but it wasn't.

A lot of people have really bad withdrawal from paxil. I wish I knew that before I started taking it. :(

Focalin XR works great for me. Really, you have to play around with different meds to find the right one. It's different for everyone.

I am on Paxil for my depression and anxiety. I been on Paxil for a while now and it work great for me. My problem now is ADD, it's really hard for me to focus and stay alerte, I am also always tired and I looklike I never sleep even when I do sleep. I am now taking Focus ADDult, it's been a couple of weeks now but I still don't see any effect. Did any of you try it before if so was it helpful?

As a Bi-Polar, I am on Depakote and Concerta for my ADHD. Recently I broke up with my gf and have have been unable to shake the lose loss. My doctor put me back on Paxil, which I had been on some time ago before I was diagnosed with ADHD. This seems to be working out well so far, but its only been a week.
