Hello my name is Joe and i have a 9 year old nephew who seems to be having trouble staying put. When he is sent to do the dishes it takes him nearly 2 hours to do them because he is always leaving his work area for some thing else, i even try to reward him if he does his work but he always seems very happy and goes to do it but still takes him 2 hours i even played the timing game with him and ask him if he can finish in a a certain time but nothing seems to work. Then i notice that it takes him an hour to do i sheet of homework so i spend time to help but his mind is someplace else. When we tell him to get a bottle of hot sauce very clearly he comes back with a bottle of mustard. When he is touch something that i told him never to touch it takes 7 "no put it downs" for him to leave it alone. In school he is getting As but his behavior with other kids are not good, when someone bumps into him by accident and says sorry he would go and push him back, he has done this to me a lot of times.When he ask where a certain toy was stored i would tell him its on top of the dresser but 15 minutes later he is still looking when it was all along right where we told him he is a good kid but im worried about him and i have told his mother that he needs help but she ignores me. Do you think he might have ADD?
