At first, I thought bench, but then re-read the riddle and wind and stuff can get through a bench (rather easily I might add) and am thinking that Random's answer is a good one!

Hmm...."Wind", good guess, Draven. I am thinking, Random nailed it with "key", though. I can't seem to find a better answer than key. I never was good at these brain-teasers, though.
