Well I've been in school for a week now. So far so good. I really like my SHS teacher a lot. He is sooooooooo cool. And get this... he's the same teacher my mom had when she was my age going to college. My mom used to actually take me into class sometimes when she couldnt get a babysitter for me. So my teacher that I have now knew me when I was a lil baby. The class is soooooooo fun. We get to make up our own projects and we have a lot of class discussions.

My English class is boring. I hate it. I always get A's in English because I'm good at it but I really really dont like it. They didnt have any regular classes open since I registered late so its an ONLINE CLASS :confused: Its on blackboard. Its really hard to figure out what assignments we're supposed to do each day.

My other classes are pretty fun. :D
I also got an advisor. She is a teacher that my uncle had for a quarter when he went back to school when he was laid off from boeing. She's really nice and very helpful. She helped me figure out what classes to take next quarter so I will be able to register early so I get some good classes and dont get stuck with any crappy online boring classes.

And Im trying to find a job. I got awarded work study but there arent many openings.

Blackboard online. That sounds like a bad mix of technologies!

Sorry about the English class and it being online and all. Yes in-class classes certainly are better than on-line classes. I know that from experience.

Yep small world lol. I've lived in pretty much the same area since I was born. The college that I go to now was actually the first school I ever went to. Pre-school starts at age 1yr there, and I went to school there until I was 3 when I went to a private pre school. Then theres all the regular college professors there that remember me from when I was little and my mom would bring me into class. By the time I was 2 years old I remember sitting in the classes and the teacher trying to talk and I was always crawling under desks and talking very loudly to my moms friends while the teacher was trying to lecture lol.
