I am 23 and yet to be diagnosed with ADD, though I'm almost certain I have Inattentive ADD. I am looking for a quick solution since I've never been to a psychiatrist, and I'm taking an SAT exam early December. I am preparing on my own so I'll need something to help me focus until I make an appointment with a professional.

I popped into a natural medication store and the clerk recommended CoQ10 tablets for my ADD. Does anyone have any experience/information regarding this natural drug?

COQ10 affects the mitochondria and ATP process, but I really haven't heard about it being used to treat ADD. However, you might want to look into a nootropic called Idebenone. It's actually a form of COq10 modified to become fat soluble, so that it stays in your body longer, and it also has more potent effects.
