Have you ever wondered why your child developed AD/HD? Please help us find answers!

Dear Parents,

ADD Forums has graciously given me permission to post this message. I am
currently working on an AD/HD project for my Masterís Degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:City><st1:place>Houston</st1:place></st1:City>. Together with researchers from The University of Texas Health Science Center at <st1:City><st1:place>San Antonio</st1:place></st1:City>, I have developed an online survey to assess potential risk factors for AD/HD that can be taken from your home computer.

The survey explores maternal and early childhood exposures histories as well
as other known risk factors. We invite you to visit the website at
https://www.sph.uth.tmc.edu/sa/survey/ (http://webmail.uthscsa.edu/redirect?https://www.sph.uth.tmc.edu/sa/survey/) for more information. It will take
~30 minutes, depending on the number of children you have. We are also
asking you to recruit friends who have children who do NOT have ADHD to serve as a comparison group. We are NOT collecting any information that can
identify you as the person taking the survey. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

Be sure to register for a drawing for a $50 VISA card as a reward for completing the survey!

Sincerely,
