I have been on my meds for three weeks and it seems to be working ok except for the past 4-5 days with PMS. It's like I haven't taken anything!! My kids are driving me nuts, I have no patience, I feel lost and foggy-headed. Do the extreme hormones override medication? This is my first cycle with ADHD medication (and meds for depression) so I'm curious what you've experienced. Will every month be like this?

I'm 42 and it seems the older I get the worse the PMS gets. Just ask my husband. :D
