I've been diagnosed w/ asperger's since I was 15. (I'm now 18; birthday 5/20; I hoped it's register'ed in here; Please let me know in a PM if it is/or isn't)
I love having AS. It allowed me to miss class once a week to go to my 'social skills training' at the school. I loved it. (but don't have it anymore since i'm not in high school anymore)
The skills they taught me allowed me to gain friends and be able to socialize in college, and to have a job here at college. I work at the Academic Computer Lab at my school. (MOLLOY COLLEGE; Let me know If I can post the link)
I was also diagnosed w/ borderline ADD what ever the 'borderline' part means; I dont know.
This lead me to your site so I could begin learning more about ADD and how to help my self. Thanks to this forum I am attempting to gain more and more stability in my life. Thanks.:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
