As you heard in the podcast, ADHD and Structure Part Two: Connecting to Structure that Already Exists, (http://addpodcast.libsyn.com/index.php?post_id=30690) it's a lot easier for those of us with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder to get things done if we can do it within structure.
