Whenever I dont take my adderall, I'm all crazy and do funny stuff in class:

Friends: "Dude, you didn't take your adderall today, did you?":confused:

Me: "Damn no! Now back off my car and hold your roll!":D

Friends: "Tad, you don't have a car, and that doesen't make sense!" , :confused:

Me: "***** stole my notebook!":D

Friends: *odd silence and confused looks*:confused:


That is pretty much what I'm like while not on adderall.
Anyone else get crazy like this while not on adhd meds?:eyebrow:

i'm definitely not like that when I'm not on Adderall. Then again, I am not that impulsive. I slip once in a while, but as I've gotten older i've been able to slow down and think before I blurt out.

I assume it's due to an impulsive nature that would cause these outbursts.

Does this happen often?

Hahaha yep, whenever I don't take my adderall I am like that too! It's great; everyones like '0.0' Woahhh Victoria! :D

I make sound effects when I don't take my afternoon dosage of adderall and believe me you can tell. One day someone from central office was there and I made a zoom noise, boy did I get a funny look. It was like "zoom, zoom gotta go"I told the person from central office that I came with sound effects :)

I've been off of Focalin for a few weeks and I just notice that I can't concentrate on anything. I don't have the hyperactivity, at least I don't think I do. I'll be just zoned out and looking at all the stuff in the classroom. Art class is the work, i'll just be sitting there tripping out on some picture someone drew. I also will attempt to balance a meter stick on my finger for a while.

ROFL. I'm crazy while I'm ON the meds.
my 1st and 2nd classes of the day are adorned by such things as:
Sexually harrassing the macs in the computer lab
and throwing paper at the printers when they insult my intelligence.

Also, strange comments like the following commonly escape my lips:
"If you don't shut up I will triple ninja flip off that wall and flying comet kick you in the chin"
"I'm pretty much the best cherry wrapper in school"
"I'll show you why the bulls wanted me back in 95!" (This is always said when throwing anything at the trash can)
"pfft, hooker" (usually said to Matt a friend of mine who is also ADHD)
etc. You're not alone. But none of this is done on impulse, I think about it. It's just my sense of humor requires the joke to be incredibly sarcastic, or incredibly random. I do really well at both, even when I'm drugged.

Yeah, I go insane and love it. Thats why I quit the meds. WOOT!!!

I must admit that I do tend to get a bit more....wooo (out-there)...when I don't take Adderall.

I really hadn't noticed (keyword: noticed) the behavior PRIOR to taking medication, but now I sure can tell.

I am not overly impulsive, but my mind is just scattered (without meds) to the point where my thoughts and actions seem lacking of any pattern or coherency that I start to get a feeling of insanity, despite the fact that there is minimal out-ward difference.
