:) These are natural remidies I've heard of to help treat depression: :)
1. Folic Acid 400mcg/day. (can get at almost any store)
2. Exercizing.
3. Light/well lit rooms.
4. Being around loving people
5. Avoiding mean and nasty people as much as possible.
6. Walking
7. Doing peaceful things.
8. Taking a complex B vitamin daily.
