hi, i'm just curious, does missing a dose one day matter throughout that day? i know the effects carry on but to what extent?

When I miss a dose, I feel a bit scattered and forgetful throughout that day. However, I usually get back to "normal" when I take my next dose at the scheduled time.

I forgot to take my 40 mg Strattera yesterday morning. I only remembered when I started really feeling the lack of effect, around 10 AM. My scattered thoughts were back and I was not paying attnetion to people who were talking to me. It made me remember how bad I was before the Strattera.

really, so what's this about the effects going on into the next day?

If that was directed to me, I noticed that I did not take my pill, so I took it and it kicked in.

A friend goes to an ADD clinic and takes 40 mg Strattera a day. His doc tells him to skip weekends. Doesn't make sense to me...........
