And up to 60mg. The tiredness and lethargy continues. My ADD symptoms have significantly worsened while on it. I don't know how typical this is, but so far I'm not too impressed with it.

Hey, I am neary 8 weeks on Strattera. Most if not all the side effects are gone. But I still don't notice any difference at all. I still feel scattered, unfocused, unorganized, taking on too much as always and just as impulsive. I still feel out of control. But what else is there? I'm high strung enough and any other med will just make that worse I guess.

Try the stimulants if you can. I have a super hyper mind and just minutes after taking my dose my mind is finally calm. There is finally clarity, certainty, and focus. The fog lifts. The anxiety of years of untreated add gone. The constant low-grade depression and mood swings no longer exist. Adderrall has really helped me.
