Does concerta cause memory problems either by itself or in combination with other drugs?

Just added concerta to the wellbutrin and lexapro I take for depression (some genetics!) and about 5 in the evening, my working memory goes haywire. And I was confused before!

I'm also titrating down on the lexapro as suggested by my doc.

Don't know what's to be expected.

I'd appreciate your thoughts and observations.
