I use morpheus and limewire. I would recommend never downloading kazaa as it has the most spyware and virus infected downloads.

If Kazaa is known for spyware, Limewire is the undisputed champion of virus infected downloads. Be sure to have a very good anit-virus software if you are downloading from Limewire

All the downloads can have viruses or spyware no matter what file sharing program you use. It's the same infected file no matter how you access it.

That's a completely different problem then the client itself coming bundled with a ton of spyware. Kazaa is famous for this, your computer gets infected just installing the program, way before you even attept to download your first file.

I'm cramped for bandwidth so don't do a whole lot. Linux is my home. Limewire and bittorrent are my standards.
Cheers!
