I'm number one in both my adopted family and biological family (at least my mother's side -- don't know about my father's). I fit the profile well (people pleasing over achiever). The people please part still fits but without school or a job to measue my performance by I'm not much of an achiever these days (I'm very much a typical ADHD in that the reward has to be pretty immediate or I sit on my duff).
