Another day of bloating every thing on my body is blown up like a toad. My joints are even swollen making it had for me to move. I hate being a female during this time of the month. I have Lasix and I have already taken it but it seems to take forever to work.

When the Lasix starts working the water weight decreases greatly and I quit wanting to yell scream and break things. Oh boy instead of being bloated I get to go potty every 15 seconds. I get to replace this desire to kill all living things with the feeling of borderline fainting and light headedness!!!! It is so hard to choose which crappy feeling to go with mad  or dizzy :faint: , mad  or :faint: dizzy  Hmmmmm

Men always thinking it's all in our head women make to big a deal out of the monthly cycle. I think they need to wake up to 12 extra pounds of water weight :D and see what kind of mood strikes their fantasy.

It's it some one else's turn to be the girl and endure the joys of monthly bloating, bleeding and the wonders of cramping. I don't know if it makes my ADD worse but hormones do make my mood worse...

Lasix working :eyebrow: guess I'll be getting my exercise running back and forth to the bathroom :( !!!!!

Any one else wish they could exchange genders during these womanly times of the month?????

Yeah.

The luck I've had since puberty (fairly painless, regular cycles) has finally turned. Since my last kid (now 5), I'm in menstrual H**L. Still not painful, but a huge mess. You don't want to know.

Got a pretty good idea.

When I was a teen I had sort of bad cramps. After my first child they were more of an inconvenience than any thing. I didn't have many problems until I was in my mid-thirties. I began bloating in my belly but it wasn't too bad. I just began a "period ward-robe".

I began with the water weight about two years ago. I guess I had been retaining water for a couple of years before hand but it wasn't swelling up my brain making me go bonkers!!!!!
