Before taking Adderall XR I try Natural Remedies, I try a lots of theses, nothing work, I saw that only Adderall really work for me, well I am glad that finnally something work, it about time, I think Adderall is great, well the down fall of it is not but still it worth it. I buy a lot of Natural Remedies that said it will help for ADD and they said it will be even better then pills but GOD they lies, some of the stuffs I buy were even kinna expensive, I am sorry I spend so much money on that. Maybe for some people it work but not on me. Did any of you try Natural Remedies and if so do it work for you?

There are no known "natural" remedies that have been found to work as a clinical treatment (substitute for meds) for ADHD.

I never found any natural remedies but I did figure out what makes me ADD worse...simple sugars for me. "Natural Remedies" are bogus in my opinion.
