How many times have you upped your adderall dose? I was started off at 20 mg of XR and it was doing okay for a few weeks, and a couple weeks ago I felt like it wasn't doing its job anymore so the doc upped it to 25 mg. I don't feel like it's doing much at this strength, either.

I don't have any side effects anymore and don't notice when it wears off. I could use a little more impulse control and patience.

Do you suppose I should go up to 30 mg? I guess I'm not quite sure when it's "enough".

yes, thirty is the next step - if your doc is ok with it. You might even need to go higher or to take it twice a day.
