Just got back from a med checkup with my son (who is also on AdderallXR just like me). We're doubling his dosage from 20 mg to 40 mg. The psych says Nathan "metabolizes this stuff like a ground squirrel on crack". :D

Anyway, he says he sits on a speaker's panel and says he's heard that there is an Adderall coming out that will supposedly last 18 hours!! That's huge for people who need more than 12 hours coverage. And for those who metabolize it so fast, they might get 12 hours out of the 18 hour dose. He doesn't know what it will be called or when exactly it's coming out.

You may have already heard about it, but I'd thought I'd share the info because it was exciting to me!

That is good news - that would be a big help for me. The Spring is nuts and I am going to have to convince my doc I really will be working 18 hour days - not begging for more meds! :)
