Hi,

I was wondering if anybody has tried the alternate route and tried any natural supplements for ADD? I've seen a few of them advertised on the internet and have been tempted but are for now trying to take stimulants. Tried Focalin XR and are not doing too well with it so I will be trying something new hopefully very soon.

Thought maybe if anybody had luck with them I would give them a shot.

In the meantime, there is absolutely no evidence to support the effectiveness of any of the "natural" products in treating ADHD symptoms.
