a couple of questions..
1.should i increase the dose if i feel this is going good.?? (the doc gave an auto-adjustment upto 2X10mg tabs in the morning for adderall XR after 3 days..)

2. withdrawal symptomps.. does the drug wear off???.. like yesterday when i was awake till 4.00am in the morning, i began to feel really wierd.. with my head swimming and a strong sense of being inside a MRI scanner... (if u have been in one u will know what i am talking about, )

3. comments on long term effect...? after the 'withdrawal' feeling i am suddenly worried about it.. i did ask the doc n she said 'minimal' and failed to elaborate on that other than sleeplessness and lack of appetite...

4. is there any relation to increased blood pr., heart rate and varicocele or enlargement of blood vessels??

As to your questions, I think the consensus is the euphoria will wear off, over time there's a good chance you'll need increasingly more adderall to acheive the same effects, there's solid research suggesting the long-term use of amphetamines in general will affect the functioning of your CNS and your brain's pleasure-reward system, but the long-term effects of adderall specifically are unknown.

In my case, I did have increased pulse and blood pressure initially but this has tended to normalize over time. My last physical showed normal pulse and blood pressure.
