I have another question and I need an opinion on it. When I go to the doctor I thought about maybe even taking this by early the week before- Just like a letter for lack of better words, on how things are for me. When I get there I am afraid I will forget something or my mind will freeze and she will really think I am a nut job. Alot of times I get real emotional when I verbally talk about it and just cry and cry. I guess a bunch of frustration and sadness and also being scared that I will be this way forever and lose my family and the thoughts go on and on. Will she think I am being crazy or pushy by doing this. Ugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-sissy
ps. I am suppose to be cleaning my bathrooms!LOL!
Some times writing things down is a good idea. I'd keep it clear and to the point because your doc probably won't have the time to read a short novel . :p

Yes writing things down is a great idea. I started doing this because I was constantly getting aggrivated at myself for forgetting to mention something during my appointment.
What I find works best for me is not a letter or any long formal document but a simple list. Just a few words or phrases that when you look down at your list during the appointment will remind you what you wanted to talk about. For example say you got into a fight with a family member. You don't need to write down all the details of the fight because you know what happened you just need to remember to mention it. All you need to write on your list is fight or fight with mom and that will be enough to jog your memory to tell that story.
