Hello everyone, I currently take two 20 mg Adderall XR pills in the morning, and then around noon to 3 oclock i take a 20 mg Adderall thats instant release.

My question is, do you guys take your meds on an empty stomach, or with a little food. Coffee with it, or pop?? or do you wait like an hour before any coffee and stuff??

I know quite a bit about Adderall, I've been on it for about 5-6 years, so I've found what works best for me a lot of the time.

I'm just curious as to how you guys take it, with what, etc....

If I don't eat within an hour, I get slightly nauseated. Otherwise, it doesn't really matter. I usually take it with my morning coffee.
