Someone that has issue with you, or just thinking they are acting on a good reason, can file a compaint about you after a problem in surgery (and every doctor has this happen to them, sometimes there is nothing they can do about it) that XXX substance caused a laps in judgment. mctavish23 01-26-06, 07:19 PM Those were both excellent repsonses. My dad and one of my uncles were doctors, as was one of my grandfathers. Not only can they not prescribe for themselves, that also applies to (immediate) family members. Common sense would also dictate that should include extended family members as well, however, I realize that doesn't always happen. This is a very good question, so thanks for bringing it up. |
