I'm new to this so I'm wondering how many people take regular breaks or are on it 7 days a week.

I usually take it Mon-Fri and sometimes on the weekends if I need to.

why would you take a break? is there something I need to know?

I take breaks in hopes that I won't build up a tolerance and have to keep increasing my dose. I also just like to give my body a break. I'm going to start taking a break once a wk. In the past, Ive taken a break once a mth.

My son takes it seven days a week. Don't want to give breaks because then I am afraid it will stop working for him. He has been on it for 4 weeks now.

I usually only take it for work, M-F. Sometimes on the weekends because its routine, but nothing I do on the weekends (besides housework, socialising) requires that much focus and attention. It makes me a bit detached and I spend most of my relationship time with my friends and BF on the weekens so I like to be %100 me.
