Do you every feel like you are bleeding?
Only when I'm cut.

I am an hourglass and the sand is my blood.

Sometimes, if I bump into something, I get the sensation that I'm bleeding. But in reality, I'm not--I usually do have a bruise from these episodes, so maybe I sense the small blood vessles bursting??? But that still doesn't explain why I feel like the blood is dripping. No clue. Don't know if this is what you meant...
