I recently took adderall for study purposes (w/o a rx ... 20mg from a friend).
It worked wonders for blocking out distractions and making me really super-concentrate.
I also went to the gym that day and had the best workout of my life due to super focus, block out distractions, motivation, and really good mind-muscle connection.
Again, I don't have a rx ... long story but I just got an rx for Wellbutrin since my doc thinks I'm at risk for abusing stimulants.
Any ways to mimic these types of effects naturally?
I have no problem getting myself to the gym, eating right, I know all my **** about lifting and nutrition ... I just don't have the umpphhh in the gym to bang out my reps to my fullest ability.
It's similar to the part of me that prevents me from being more social ... it prevents me from pushing hard in the gym too.
