Have any of you experienced a shortage of generic Adderall (ampehtamine salts)? I know there has been some controversy lately about Canada's premature banning of Adderall XR. However, my pharmacy here is RI says they cannot fill my 'script due to a 'statewide shortage' caused by the manufacturer's inability to deliver. I have had numerous problems with this pharmacy (won't tell you their name but it is three letters, starting with C, ending with S and with a V in the middle), so I am not sure if they are telling the truth.

We haven't seen this problem here yet, but we'll be looking for it now; our scripts are just about due. We take either regular Adderall or Ritalin, and usually have a small stock of the latter.

I just filled mine yesterday at Walgreens and had no problem. I get 60 ct.

We also just got ours refilled at Walgreens with no problems. (knock on wood). We take both Adderall XR and Adderall Instant Release.

I go to that CSV one ;) and had no problems getting mine filled.

I get 180 of the 30mg XR at a whack and just got them filled about a week ago without any problem. I do call that day to see if they have enough in stock because they can't fill half the prescription and let me pick the rest up later. By the way I have no insurance for my prescriptions and it cost me $667 dollars!! Yikes
