can someone tell me what kind of doctor i need to see to get checked for ADD? i would appreciate it thanks

I took my daughter to a counselor at the local 'mental health center' and they reffered her to a psychar... (not going to try to spell it)... we'll say- a shrink who tested & dignosed her.
