Well today has been an absolute awful day for me. This morning I woke up
a little later today so I was rushing to get ready and out the door for school.
Although i didnt realize it, i completely forgot my meds!! Right when I was
almost out the door, my mother had ask me to take the trash can out to
the curb for garbage pickup today. Well, I was already running late, so I said
"I don't have time! Do it yourself, *****hole!" Well, what a bad mistake that was. I am now grounded for two weeks and have to do tons of chores.
So, my point is: What can I do to remember my meds so that I can behave,
unlike this morning?

rubber band----med bottle----door knob

but chances are you'll never forget again after that little episode- to not be so mean to Mom again at least.

While getting ready for bed part of my routine is to make sure I have my morning medications and bottle of water together on my night stand. I make sure meds are placed right next to the bottle of water.

When I wake up I am always thirsty so I reach for a drink.. when I reach over to take a drink the bottle with my morning meds is right next to the water, I simply swallow meds with morning drink and Walla the med thing is taken care of!!!!

This is how I remember to take the medication that is supposed to help me remember to take my medication. Because my medications are usually still in my system when I do my bed time routine (bed time routine has made this activity a habit now) I remember to place my morning dose where I will remember to take it before it takes effect!!! :eyebrow: :faint:

Hope this makes sense....
