I need help and don't know where to go. My OCD (in this case, my unhealty fixation on a male friend) is causing me to have debilitating panic attacks.

I've seen a doctor who put me on Klonopin which has helped, but I need to talk to someone, I desperately need help and have no where to turn.

Before I continue with my story (which I have to do in private from home when nobody here can see), I'm completely new to this forum, is this the right venue for this type of discussion?
