I've been trying to find the best time to take the medication to maximize it's effects and duration. When do you people take your meds? (ie. 10 minutes before eating, right after eating, on an empty stomach, etc.)

When I remember.

I try to take it a while before I eat, but really thats too hard for me to plan out. I try to take it before I leave the house without taking it.

Whenever I wake up, I take my Concerta fro the day. It doesn't seem to matter to me whether I take it early or at noon if I have forgotten, no sleep problems or anything negative for me.
