Hi,
I just signed up for this forum after reading some messages from Carol and now i have searched and been unable to find her. She was discussing how to find ways to keep yourself occupied as a stay at home mom.

I fell into a depression because of my financial situation and desperately tried to find ways to overcome this by using my laptop, I have currently signed up to www moms-online which was only about a week ago and they have been a great help so it's looking good. I hope to find other people on this forum that might have some type of experience in this, the kids are costing me a fortune and the bills are really taking a toll on me, has anyone seen or heard of moms-online?

I use to belong to a Moms Online group, but that one closed down quite some time ago. Hmmmm, maybe they reopened. Welcome to this group. I love coming here, everyone is great.

One of the important things in extracting yourself from your situation is to use all of the human resources at your disposal. By writing here you have taken a critical first step.

The next step is ORGANIZING. Not exactly second nature to ADD'ers. To help with this, there are a number of free download lectures on all ADD subjects. You can get these by going to the iPod site on Mac. You should be able to locate this by a Google search.

You should consider a home-based internet business. These really do hold promise; but you have to be discriminating regarding the various opportunities--still, there's money to be made. And there's nothing that combats depression better than a fist-full of money.

Both my son and I have ADHD. Ironically enough, I made the diagnosis in both of us, on hearing of his learning difficulties in high school and by recalling my struggles of an identical nature.

Last but not least, you'll get a lot of support right here.
